JSC Real Invest owns 17 hectares of non-agricultural land, located on Ketevan Tsamebuli  Avenue N71. Currently, part of the mentioned area is leased for various entrepreneurial activities.

In the future, the company is planning to build a multifunctional complex in the area.

Along Ketevan  Tsamebuli Avenue  multi-storey residential buildings will be constructed.

In the buildings there will be mainly situated  a hotel, offices, commercial and public spaces.

Commercial and public buildings will also be located on the project area: offices, trade   objects, markets, warehouses, food   objects and others. Open parking lots will be arranged for both the market and residential buildings. Recreation zones will be located in all parts of the project area (in the extreme west and east, residential areas, along the main street, etc.).

The aim of JSC “Real Invest” is to create a healthy environment for living and social activities with a competitive trading platform, arrangement of the appropriate infrastructure and to make this part of the city attractive to everyone.
