One more project of our group is   development and improvement   of the fruit tree nursery on the Tbilisi Sea territory. On 199991 sq. m. area it is planned to build two-storey cottages, sports grounds, entertainment centers and shops. There will be arranged a relevant infrastructure, recreation areas and playgrounds. In this magnificent environment   you will be able to escape from the chaos of the city, relax, play sports, go shopping or simply have fun in the fresh air. And the views of the Tbilisi Sea will make it all the more attractive.
