Another the most important project by   its scale and future perspective, is the construction and development of 200005 sq.m. territory owned by JSC “Real Invest” in the village   Shindisi,  near Tabori Mountain Street.

On the mentioned territory it is planned to build a new road, school and sports complexes, which will serve   a project area, as well as the villages   Shindisi, Tabakhmela and settlements Tsavkisi and Krtsanisi. Individual residential houses, public centers, hotels, parks and squares with all amenities will be built on the project area; There are also   planned to be  built swimming pools, tennis courts and football fields .

In today’s ecologically polluted environment,   establishment of a healthy, verdured residential area, surrounded by recreational spaces near the center of Tbilisi, gives the project even more importance. And its purpose –  to serve not only the new settlement, but also its adjacent territories, ecologically recover and revitalize it, is the general interest.
