The building belonging to JSC “Real Invest”, located at N150 David Agmashenebeli Avenue, is one of the outstanding examples of Tbilisi architecture , which has been conferred a status of a cultural heritage monument (immovable monument). The building has reached to us with  many times altered   appearance , the architecture of which according to the stylization belongs to modern (neo-classicism). It was put in commission in 1867 and there the first municipal meteorological service was  located. At the beginning of the 21st century the building was in a very poor condition and required urgent rehabilitation – restoration. These very important and responsible works were  executed by our company, and today the above mentioned building is the best example of the synthesis of the past and the present….. It has been modernized in accordance with modern requirements, but has fully preserved its historical appearance, that emphasizes  its uniqueness.
